Job summary

Tempcover is seeking an IT professional to own identity and access management, device enrollment, and automation across key platforms in a London-based team. You will manage Entra ID and Google Workspace, implement SSO/MFA, and automate provisioning for numerous tools and endpoints.

You will also own IT budgeting, build reliable service management, and lead joins/movers/leavers workflows while partnering with business teams to deliver value and resilience across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Intune across macOS and Windows.
• Strong Entra ID administration and Google Workspace governance.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Python or Bash with automation focus.
• Experience building joiners, movers and leavers processes.
• Experience managing and developing at least one person.
• Able to understand complex tech work in motion and communicate with non-tech audiences.
• Owning IT budget: forecasting hardware refreshes, SaaS renewals, headcount costs.
• Collaboration with other teams to drive automation and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Identity and access: manage Entra ID and Google Workspace, SSO, MFA, conditional access, and groups.
• Endpoint fleet management: ~75 users on macOS/Windows via Intune, enrolment, policy, patching, encryption.
• Access lifecycle across ~70 SaaS tools, provisioning/deprovisioning via APIs.
• IT as a service: budgeting, service management, asset tooling, SLAs, joiners/movers/leavers processes.
• Vendor and contract management: manage contracts, renewals, pricing and performance.
