Job summary

Halfords is seeking an Identity Platform Lead to own and modernise our identity and directory platform. You will lead the day-to-day operation, design, and improvement of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, while coordinating with engineering partners and external providers.

You'll drive PAM, IGA, Conditional Access, and enterprise authentication initiatives, ensuring security and reliability across the organisation. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant impact from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID including Conditional Access and PIM.
• Proven administration of Active Directory in a complex enterprise.
• Experience leading outsourced engineering teams or managed service providers.

Responsibilities

• Own design, configuration, and operation of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Drive deployment of PAM, IGA, Conditional Access, and enterprise authentication solutions.
• Lead platform improvements and integrations across applications and services.
