Job summary

Arthur Recruitment is seeking an experienced IAM / Entra ID Engineer to support and enhance identity and access management across a Microsoft-centric environment in London. The role centers on Entra ID, IGA tools, and broader MS infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC and PIM, and will operate in a hybrid London setting. Start ASAP with consideration for notice periods.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD and IAM lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with IGA tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt or MIM.
• Proficiency in SSO, MFA, Conditional Access and PIM.
• Knowledge of Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes and access reviews.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and hybrid identity exposure.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance IAM across a Microsoft-centric environment.
• Implement and manage Entra ID configurations and access policies.
• Maintain and optimize IGA tools and perform access reviews.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell and scripts.
• Contribute to IAM transformation and cloud migration initiatives.
• Support regulatory and security requirements within the insurance/financial services sector.

Job description

A growing insurance company is seeking an experienced IAM / Entra ID Engineer to support and enhance its identity and access management capabilities across a Microsoft-centric environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) tools, and wider Microsoft infrastructure technologies.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and identity lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience with IGA (Identity Governance & Administration) tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) or similar
• Experience with SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
• Knowledge of Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes, access reviews and entitlement management
• Strong experience across Microsoft 365 and hybrid identity environments
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience
• Experience working within regulated environments, ideally Insurance or Financial Services
• Broader Microsoft infrastructure experience across Active Directory, Windows Server, Intune and Exchange Online
• Experience with Microsoft Entra Identity Governance
• Knowledge of Azure infrastructure and security services
• Experience delivering IAM transformation or cloud migration projects
• Understanding of Zero Trust security principles
• Previous Insurance sector experience

Contract Duration: Initial 6 Months

Location: London EC3A / WFH Hybrid
