Job summary

KRUBHA IT SOLUTIONS UK LTD is seeking an IT Support Technician to assist system users with computer support and IT maintenance. You will handle requests from initial contact to resolution, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and provide guidance to non-technical users.

Responsibilities include 1st line support, diagnosing problems, maintaining backups, enabling server and networking configurations, and supporting Office 365.

• Assist in installation/configuration of servers, networking, and IT equipment.
• Configure and manage telephony, devices, and mobile tech.
