Job summary

Nub News in Warwick is seeking a Helpdesk Operator to provide first-line IT support across the business. You will handle tickets, troubleshoot issues in a Microsoft-heavy environment, and assist users remotely or on-site.

The role requires strong customer service, experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Active Directory, plus good communication and problem-solving skills. On-site position with potential progression and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Service Desk/Helpdesk or first-line IT support role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and desktop applications.
• Experience with Intune, Entra ID and Active Directory is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests and provide first-line assistance.
• Log, prioritise, investigate and resolve service desk tickets within agreed processes.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365, desktops, printers, mobile devices and business systems.
• Support and administer user devices through Microsoft Intune.
