Job summary

Join Witherslack Group as an IT Field Technician, based at sites across Yorkshire. You’ll install, maintain and repair technology, providing daily support to staff and learners while visiting multiple sites across the region. A full driving licence is required to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office applications.
• Experience providing iPad support in educational settings.
• Good networking knowledge to troubleshoot connectivity.
• Familiarity with hardware and software fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair technology in offices, classrooms and homes.
• Provide daily IT support to end users with a proactive approach.
• Visit sites across the Yorkshire region to assist teams.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose IT issues to keep systems running.
