Witherslack Group is seeking an IT Field Technician to install, maintain and troubleshoot technology across our sites in the South East. You will support classrooms and offices, ensuring devices and networks stay up and running to empower our young people.

The role requires a driving licence, willingness to travel between sites, and a proactive, customer‑facing approach to deliver excellent IT support and daily technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Operating systems and Microsoft Office Applications.
• iPad support (preferably in an educational environment).
• Networking knowledge.
• Hardware and software knowledge.
