Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking an IT Field Technician to support teaching and office sites across the South East. You’ll install, maintain and troubleshoot technology, provide daily end-user support, and help keep classrooms and administrative areas running smoothly.

Ideal candidates will have solid knowledge of Windows and Office, experience with iPads in educational settings, network basics, and hardware/software support. A driving licence is essential to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• iPad support, preferably in an educational environment.
• Networking knowledge for on-site IT delivery.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair technology across offices, classrooms and homes.
• Provide daily end-user IT support and guidance to staff and pupils.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues to keep systems running smoothly.
