Varied assignments of level 2 IT support in your region – company car inclusive

• Previous experience in the delivery of IT support services.
• Diagnostic & support capabilities using standard Windows-based applications & tools (such as M365, Win10, A.D, & SCCM).
• Confidence in addressing break/fix issues – typically supporting PCs / Laptops.
• Full Driving Licence.
• Due to the varied nature of the role, it may be subject to enhanced referencing or vetting.

With hundreds of support engineers on many customer sites, our National Operations team is called upon to assist during times of expansion or when extra help is needed. As a centrally managed team, our field engineers operate autonomously from specific clients, supported by a dedicated dispatch team and Service Delivery Manager.

You may resolve various tickets throughout the day with several clients or stay longer to resolve specific issues over multiple days. The variety in your workweek makes the field engineer a valuable member of Hemmersbach.

Principally, you will support deskside, network, software & print issues, and assist teams working with some of the world’s biggest clients.

Within a designated support area, we provide all necessary equipment, including a company van/car, mobile phone, laptop, oyster card, tools, etc. Apart from occasional remote client site visits, your workweek will typically be Monday to Friday, 40 hours.
