Job Description:

Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the UK. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

This role offers an opportunity to work with a company delivering services to public sector clients, contributing to national safety and life-saving initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have:

1. Experience assisting with installation of equipment and materials, adhering to contract manuals and procedures, under supervision.
2. Providing technical support for installed solutions.
3. Escalating issues to senior engineers for resolution.
4. Reviewing and managing open incidents daily.
5. IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure and PCs (preferred).
