Our private equity-backed client is looking for an experienced IT Director on a permanent basis. You will be an instrumental part of the future of our client.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. Develop and execute a 5-year strategic plan aligned with transformation and growth objectives.
2. Lead and expand a small IT team of 3 members.
3. Manage relationships with third-party suppliers.
4. Experience in integrating disparate systems, including planning and execution.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a multi-site business. You should be commercially minded, capable of creating strategies that optimize business effectiveness and meet targets. Excellent communication skills are essential, with a collaborative approach in an environment that empowers colleagues to voice opinions. Since data security is paramount, experience in securing large datasets is required. Prior experience in similar business environments is preferred.

Work Environment:

Our client is highly collaborative. You must be willing to work on-site 5 days a week if possible, as their best work occurs when team members are together.
