The successful candidate will be responsible for leading internal technology teams, optimising IT infrastructure, and managing the execution of various global initiatives across multiple international locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage global IT teams across various regions, ensuring the seamless functioning of all systems and operations.
• Oversee the security and performance of IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with the highest security standards.
• Manage and optimise web development projects, ensuring timely delivery and the implementation of best practices.
• Take full ownership of the internal tech team systems, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business goals.
• Oversee Office 365 and cloud technologies, ensuring efficiency and proper usage across all locations.
