McLaren Automotive Ltd is seeking an IT Graduate to join its IT & Digital team at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, Surrey. This two-year, on-site rotational programme accelerates technical development and business understanding, preparing you for a long-term IT career within the company.

You will rotate through six-month periods across Core Technology, Manufacturing & Operations Solutions, Product Development Solutions, Customer Experience Solutions and Data & AI, shaping a diverse

Qualifications

• Must have achieved, or be on track to achieve, a 2:1 in a relevant degree discipline (CS/IT/Cybersecurity/Data Science).
• A passion for technology and its application within a high-performance environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotational programme across IT & Digital to gain broad exposure.
• Shape your development by selecting six-month rotations across Core Technology, Manufacturing & Operations Solutions, Product Development Solutions, Customer Experience Solutions, and Data & AI.
• Contribute to real projects delivering value across the business while gaining experience with a range of technologies, teams and challenges.
