Job summary

McLaren Automotive Ltd in Woking, Surrey, invites Industrial Placement Interns to join the Customer Experience Solutions team in IT & Digital for a 12-month, full-time placement. You will gain hands-on experience in a world-class, high-performance automotive environment.

During the year you’ll be embedded in a core team, contribute to digital product delivery, gather requirements, map customer journeys and work with designers, developers and stakeholders to improve interactions across digital

Qualifications

Currently studying towards a degree in Business, Digital Technology, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, User Experience, or a related discipline.
Strong interest in technology, digital innovation and customer experience.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support design, enhancement and delivery of digital products and services that improve the customer experience.
Help gather, analyse and document business and customer requirements to inform product development.
Assist with customer journey mapping to identify opportunities to improve interactions across digital and physical touchpoints.
Work with stakeholders, designers, developers and technology teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
