You will work across digital product delivery, gathering requirements, and mapping customer journeys while collaborating with designers, developers and business teams to drive customer-focused outcomes.

You will gain practical experience in a fast-paced, high-performance automotive environment, developing technical skills, commercial awareness and confidence working in IT & Digital.

Responsibilities

• Support design, enhancement and delivery of digital products and services.
• Gather, analyse and document business and customer requirements.
• Assist with customer journey mapping to improve touchpoints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Analyse feedback and data to support decisions and prioritisation.
• Participate in workshops, testing and demonstrations.
• Prepare presentations and reports for project stakeholders.
