Mansfield District Council has a great opportunity for an IT Development Support Officer (Housing) to join our team based in Mansfield. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £33,366 - £37,938 per annum (pay award pending).
Following a C2 judgement from the Regulator of Social Housing, the Council aims to achieve C1 status and improve services for tenants and residents. We have an improvement and transformation plan in place, and we are seeking an additional Housing IT Development Support Officer to support this initiative, including an ambitious programme of housing IT system developments.
This is an exciting time for our housing service. You will play a key role in developing housing-related systems and reporting functions, ensuring data integrity, quality, and accuracy to support business delivery.
Candidates should have experience supporting large multi-user database systems and producing high-quality performance and management information reports using complex reporting tools.
