IT Development Support Officer (Housing)

£33,366 - £37,938 per annum (pay award pending)

Following a C2 judgement from the Regulator of Social Housing, the Council’s aim is to work towards achieving C1 status and to be the best we can be for our tenants and residents. We have agreed an improvement and transformation plan with the Regulator and as part of our commitments to transform our services, we are seeking an additional Housing IT Development Support Officer to support the delivery of our transformation plan including an ambitious programme of housing IT system developments.

This is an exciting time for the council and our housing service, and you will play a key role in developing our housing related systems and reporting functions ensuring the integrity of the data to support business delivery, with a focus on data quality and accuracy.

Candidates will need experience of supporting large multi-user database systems and producing and presenting high quality performance and management information reports using complex reporting tools.
