The role focuses on identifying, onboarding and growing IT reseller, distributor and manufacturer partnerships that can benefit from residual value-based funding and asset management solutions. The candidate will Hunter for new opportunities, build a strong partner pipeline, and expand current relationships while navigating pricing and value-added

Qualifications

• Strong new business development experience within Asset Finance, Leasing or a related financial services environment.
• Hunter mentality with the ability to prospect, penetrate and onboard new relationships.
• Experience developing relationships with resellers, distributors, manufacturers or other channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and establish new IT reseller, distributor and manufacturer partnerships.
• Develop a robust pipeline of new channel finance opportunities.
• Increase penetration within existing partner relationships to generate scalable new business.
• Identify opportunities across refurbished and second life technology solutions.
• Engage with partner decision makers and arrange high-quality commercial meetings.
• Develop presentations and proposals tailored to partner requirements and objectives.
• Participate in pricing leasing solutions and additional value-added services.
• Manage objections and negotiate effectively to convert opportunities into business.
• Manage the new business sales process from initial prospecting through to partner onboarding.
• Maintain accurate prospect, sales activity and pipeline information.
• Work within agreed risk parameters and operational service standards.
