Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology changes and projects within financial services.
• Strong understanding of ITIL 4 and IT service management practices.
• Experience coordinating Service Transition activities.
• Experience managing technology demand pipelines and third-party suppliers.
• Strong governance and documentation skills.
• Experience presenting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end technology change delivery and implementation.
• Coordinate service transition activities to live operation with minimal disruption.
• Manage technology demand pipelines and relationships with suppliers.
• Ensure regulatory and audit compliance in all change activities.
• Provide updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Technology and Business teams to align changes with strategic objectives.
