Job summary

Tec Partners Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Change Manager for a leading technology client in Bristol. The role focuses on change governance, assurance, quality and continual improvement, reporting to the Head of Change Management.

You will manage CAB processes and work with Incident and Problem Management in large enterprise IT environments, with ITIL and ServiceNow experience preferred. This 12-month contract offers a competitive daily rate and meaningful learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong Change Management experience within large enterprise IT environments.
• Strong CAB experience – governing and chairing.
• Experience working with Incident and Problem Management.
• ITIL
• ITSM platform experience – ideally ServiceNow
• Financial services experience desirable

As a Change Manager you will work across change governance, change assurance and quality, and continual improvement, alongside the Head of Change Management.
