Job summary

GB Bank Limited is seeking a Finance Change Lead in London to drive strategic and operational change across the Finance and Regulatory functions. You will collaborate with Finance, Regulatory, Change, and Technology teams to document requirements, manage delivery risks, and embed improvements enhancing efficiency, governance and compliance.

The role demands strong analytical skills, experience in financial processes, and proactive stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering finance and regulatory change in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of core finance processes including reporting and forecasting.
• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational change across Finance and Regulatory functions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Reg, Change, Technology to document requirements.
• Define scope, capture requirements and translate into practical solutions.
• Document future-state processes and strengthen controls.
• Coordinate input into system implementations and data initiatives.
• Support testing, readiness, and defect resolution.
• Ensure governance, controls and audit trails in the change lifecycle.
• Prepare updates and decision papers for governance forums.
