Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ITSM and capacity management experience in complex enterprise IT environments.
• ITIL best practices knowledge with ITIL Foundation certification essential.
• Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, and demand management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement capacity policies, processes, and reporting across the IT estate.
• Forecast demand and develop cost-effective capacity plans with stakeholders.
• Monitor capacity thresholds and identify bottlenecks and optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with service owners, architecture, engineering, operations and suppliers.
