IT Business Partner Role

My client, one of the largest employers in Northampton, is looking to recruit an IT Business Partner. This role serves as a bridge between the IT function and Professional Services, including HR, Finance, and Estates. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective collaboration, understand each division’s technology needs, and facilitate the adoption of IT solutions.

You may be an experienced IT Business Partner, or we would also welcome applications from professionals with an Account Management or Customer Success background. Exceptional customer care skills are required, and you must be confident in liaising with both technical and non-technical staff and departments.

This is an excellent career opportunity working for a key local organization employing over 2000 professionals, serving a user base of over 15,000.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
  1. Proven Customer Service skills – gained in a similar role or from an Account Management / Customer Success background
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  3. Relationship Management skills, with the ability to build credibility with diverse stakeholders
  4. Understanding of IT and a keen desire to learn; a traditional IT background is not required
