Rexel UK is seeking an energetic IT Business Analyst for a 12-month FTC to bridge business needs and technology solutions. You will work with stakeholders to understand processes, elicit requirements, and drive system readiness while supporting governance and project delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvements.
Elicit requirements through workshops and 1:1 sessions to document project needs.
Drive business readiness and adoption of new systems into BAU operations.
Support project governance by tracking actions and coordinating documentation.
