• Shape strategy with stakeholders; pinpoint improvements; recommend tech solutions to boost efficiency.
• Map As-Is workflows and design To-Be processes to improve operations.
• Elicit requirements: run workshops and sessions to extract and document requirements.
• Drive business readiness: champion change and ensure smooth BAU adoption of new systems.
• Support project governance: collaborate with PM to track actions, organize docs, and evaluate vendors.
