Job summary

WPS is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst in the Greater London area to turn complex business problems into practical technology solutions. You will work with stakeholders across operations, IT and suppliers to deliver efficient, customer-focused technology changes that support growth in property services.

You will engage in requirements elicitation, document functional and non-functional needs, and translate them into clear technical specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst delivering IT and business change projects.
• Strong understanding of systems integration, APIs, data flows, SaaS platforms, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into language that non-technical audiences can understand.
• Experience developing business cases, requirements documentation, and process maps.
• A proactive and delivery-focused approach with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business problems, objectives, and opportunities for improvement.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices and standards.

Are you an experienced IT Business Analyst who enjoys turning complex business challenges into practical technology solutions?

We're looking for a commercially aware and technically curious Business Analyst to join our growing team. You'll work at the heart of business change, collaborating with operational stakeholders, architects, technical teams, and third-party suppliers to deliver solutions that drive efficiency, improve customer experience, and support long-term growth across our property services operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in major technology initiatives, including workforce management, scheduling, systems integration, and digital transformation projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst delivering IT and business change projects.

Desirable Experience

• Experience within Property Services, Social Housing, Housing Maintenance, Facilities Management, or a similar operational environment.
• Experience working with ERP, Workforce Management, Scheduling, or Mobile Workforce solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments using Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Understanding of data mapping, migration, SQL, and reporting requirements.
• BCS, IIBA, Or Relevant Business Analysis Qualifications.
