Qualifications
- Proven BA/Technical BA delivering IT and business change projects.
- Ideally experienced with integration, data flows, APIs, and cloud SaaS solutions.
- Full lifecycle delivery from requirements to implementation; strong stakeholder management.
- Experience in Property Services or similar environment is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to understand problems, objectives, and opportunities.
- Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate needs into technical specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Map processes, systems, integrations, and data flows for solution design.
- Define API, interface, reporting, migration, and integration requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and maintain strong cross-team relationships.
- Support testing, UAT, implementation, and service transition.
- Collaborate with IT and external suppliers to deliver solutions.
- Contribute to evolving analysis practices and standards.
