Job summary

Hunter Bond, on behalf of a leading Banking client, seeks a Vice President level IT Service Delivery Governance professional in London with hybrid work options. You will own the governance of IT service delivery, drive continual improvement, and ensure regulatory and audit commitments are embedded across the bank.

The role requires strong ITSM governance experience in a regulated tech environment, with knowledge of ITIL, COBIT and operational resilience frameworks.

Qualifications

• Strong IT Service Management governance experience within a complex, regulated technology environment.
• Strong IT Audit or IT Controls background.
• Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, Operational Resilience, DORA, FCA, PRA, SOX and related technology control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery, execution and continual improvement of IT Service Delivery Governance across the organisation.
• Ensure ITSM governance, operational resilience requirements, regulatory obligations, audit commitments and technology control frameworks are embedded across the business.
• Collaborate with regional, global and intra-group technology providers to maintain governance standards.

My leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to take responsibility for the operational delivery, execution and continual improvement of the IT Service Delivery Governance function across the organisation.

You'll ensure the IT Service Management governance, operational resilience requirements, regulatory obligations, audit commitments and technology control frameworks are effectively implemented, monitored and embedded across the business.

This is a newly created role in a fast growing Bank. A brilliant opportunity!

The following skills / experience is essential:

• Strong IT Service Management governance experience within a complex, regulated technology environment.
• Strong IT Audit or IT Controls background.
• Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, Operational Resilience, DORA, FCA, PRA, SOX and related technology control frameworks.
• Experience working across regional, global, third-party and intra-group technology providers.

Salary: Up to £120,000 + bonus + package

Level: Vice President (VP)
