Overview

Controls and Governance Manager - Leading Corporate Bank. This newly created role involves overseeing business controls across the organisation, performing a regular Quality Assurance checking program to ensure compliance and promote risk awareness, and identifying and implementing process improvements such as Straight Through Processing to enhance efficiency and embedded controls in operational workflows.
