Role Overview:

Bramah Recruitment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic IT team for a client based in West London. As an Entry-Level IT Support Associate, you will play a hands-on role in supporting the technological environment, assisting with daily tasks, and ensuring all systems operate smoothly both internally and for client users.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide Technical Assistance: Respond to IT support requests, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and escalate complex problems as needed.
  2. Maintain IT Equipment & Systems: Track and organize company devices (e.g., laptops, phones), assist with software installations, and ensure proper setup for users.
  3. Support Budget Tracking: Assist in organizing IT expense records and contribute to maintaining accurate financial information.
  4. Update IT Documentation: Help create and maintain user guides, how-to documents, and internal IT policies to support team knowledge and onboarding.
  5. Contribute to Automation Projects: Participate in small projects aimed at improving efficiency through automation of routine IT tasks.
  6. Assist with Software Projects: Support aspects of software development projects, such as gathering feedback, facilitating user adoption of new tools, and assisting with testing and training.
Skills:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar first-line support role.
  • Foundational knowledge of computing systems and networking.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Previous troubleshooting experience in a tech environment.
  • Ability to work independently, using initiative to solve problems effectively.
