Venn Group is seeking an IT Asset Management & Deployment Support Technician to support an organisation based in Surrey on an initial 6-month contract. The role is based onsite in Leatherhead, with travel across Surrey for device refresh and installations.

You will support asset tracking, deploy desktops and mobile devices, and assist the IT Service Desk by managing tickets while maintaining accurate records across multiple sites. A full UK driving licence and ability to travel are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining accurate IT asset records and inventory systems.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and service desk processes.
• Experience supporting IT hardware refresh or rollout programmes.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day IT asset management and tracking.
• Assist with device refresh across multiple sites in Surrey.
• Prepare and deploy pre-built IT equipment (desktops, mobiles).
• Assist IT Service Desk by managing tickets in queue.
• Update asset management system to reflect allocation and deployment.
• Travel to sites across Surrey for installations and replacements.
• Provide general IT support during deployment.
