    • Providing first-line support, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for end users.
    • Managing returns and repairs by liaising with suppliers and manufacturers for efficient resolutions.
    • Logging and tracking issues through our ticketing system, keeping accurate records and ensuring SLAs are met.

You’ll be supported every step of the way by our experienced team and the training experts at Baltic Apprenticeships.

    • Confident communicator, comfortable working with both colleagues and clients.
    • Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
    • Grade 4/C or above in GCSE Maths and English (essential for this role).

Whether you’ve built your own PC, helped troubleshoot tech problems at school or home, or just have a natural curiosity for how systems work — we want to hear from you!

    Salary, Hours & Benefits:

    • £15,000 per annum.
    • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
    • Salary reviews based on progress and performance.
    • 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
    • Your birthday off – because celebrations matter!
    • Supportive, innovative work culture where you’ll be encouraged to share ideas and take ownership of your learning.
