Vacancy Description

• Shadowing the Operations Director and assisting with day-to-day IT tasks
• Assisting the call centre manager and supervisors with sample delivery and quota control
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for interviewers, including equipment and computer problems
• Learning to specify and program questionnaires for online and telephone surveys
• Monitoring the interviewing process to ensure smooth operation and address any emergencies
• Completing quality checks on data and arranging for coding of open ends
• Participating in the amalgamation of data collected from questionnaires
• Learning to create data outputs for client delivery (both raw data and tabulations)
• Assisting with keeping ISO paperwork up to date, monitoring audit results and assisting with implementing change
• Contributing to the development and improvement of the company's internal platform (using web coding such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP & Mysql)
• Maintain the company's client database, keep it up to date and source new leads
