They're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join them as a 1st Line IT Support Apprentice . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to kickstart a career in IT. You’ll be working as part of their friendly helpdesk team, learning how to solve real-world problems and deliver excellent support to our clients.
A Typical Day in the Job:
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Your Training with Baltic:
You will be enrolled in a Level 3 Apprenticeship in IT Support, providing you with formal qualifications and practical skills. You’ll also have access to one-to-one mentoring sessions with senior team members and on-the-job training that aligns with your career goals.
