Having successfully supported apprentices with Baltic in the past, they're now looking to grow the team further with an individual who is keen to progress to an IT technician role by gaining experience with hands-on IT issues and working with the IT service desk.
In this role, you’ll work towards your IT level 3 Support qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Support Technician.
