Job summary

Lords Group Trading is seeking an IT Apprentice to join our team in the UK, combining hands-on experience with a Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship provided by Baltic. No heavy IT experience required—just an interest in technology, a willingness to learn, and a problem-solving approach.

You’ll help with everyday IT issues, set up equipment, and support colleagues across sites. The role involves travel between sites and requires a full UK driving licence; it’s a great start to a career in IT

Qualifications

Interest in IT and technology.
Willingness to learn and take feedback on board.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Patient, helpful approach and good communication.
Reliability and a positive attitude.
Full UK driving licence and own transport; travel between sites.

Responsibilities

Help colleagues with everyday IT issues.
Set up laptops, equipment, software and user accounts.
Log, investigate and resolve support requests.
Support new starters and leavers with their IT needs.
Help maintain IT equipment and asset records.
Assist with networks, connectivity and cloud services.
Learn about cybersecurity and keeping our systems and information safe.
Get involved in IT projects and improvements.
As your skills and confidence grow, you’ll gradually take on more responsibility.
