Qualifications

• Education: degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with live business applications and data reporting.
• Familiarity with payment, donor or CRM systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide first/second-line support for business applications.
• Assist with testing, UAT and change coordination.
• Manage data extracts, reporting and data quality checks.
• Coordinate with developers and external suppliers on deployments.
