Role Overview: In the role of IT Application Support Analyst, you will manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase of projects, ensuring the proper review and sign-off of technology changes by business stakeholders. This ensures the quality, reliability, and usability of software systems during project deliveries, in line with business requirements and functional designs within the IT function.
The successful candidate will partake in the full SDLC (software delivery lifecycle) process, aligning business outcomes and requirements to designs, contributing to timeline estimation and planning. You will produce high-quality UAT test cases, report on progress, and ensure the completion and evidencing of UAT sign-off by the appropriate business stakeholders, including business product owners.
