Teign Housing is seeking an IT Analyst to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will help maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure, software applications, telephony, and digital systems to support our communities and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT department or with recognised IT/digital qualifications.
• Proven track record of supporting staff and teams.
• Ability to analyse data and interpret technical information.
• Interest in progressing within IT and technology fields.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective IT support to users and systems.
• Monitor and maintain network, infrastructure and system performance.
• Install, configure and maintain software, servers, networks and communications equipment.
• Support IT equipment setup, maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain IT security compliance with legislation and standards.
• Support cyber security activities, testing and remediation.
