Job summary

Pin Point Recruitment is seeking a Senior ICT Analyst for a 6-month contract in Lyndhurst, Hampshire. The role is hybrid (50% office, 50% remote) and focuses on supporting a major digital transformation across Revenues & Benefits systems, including configuration, data migration, audits, and testing.

You will lead application delivery, manage cloud and on-premise apps, coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers, and apply ITIL and Agile practices to deliver secure, reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and supporting business-critical applications.
• Familiar with Revenues & Benefits systems or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead application delivery, system configuration, and platform optimisation.
• Administer cloud and on-premise applications.
• Deliver data migration, system integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Work with Senior Analysts and Project Managers using ITIL and Agile methodologies.
