Job summary

Triumph Consultants are seeking an ISP Technician to join the Information Services - Service Operations team in Bradford on a two-month contract. You will deliver end-user and infrastructure support to meet and exceed agreed service levels.

The role requires ICT service operations experience or an equivalent qualification, knowledge of server/storage/email/workspace/security, and ITIL familiarity. The position discusses a 2-month assignment with potential extensions.

Qualifications

• Experience in ICT service operations environment.
• BTEC National Level qualification or equivalent.
• Several years’ experience in ICT service operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement, improve, maintain and support infrastructure to meet service levels.
• Deliver end user support to meet service levels.
• Use ITSM tools to capture data relating to ITIL processes and keep docs accurate.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify, investigate problems and implement remedies.
• Stay updated on advances in technology and propose improvements.
