Job summary

Faringdon Community College is expanding its professional support staff and inviting applications for the Isolation Manager role. The successful candidate will lead by example within the school's pastoral team, working with students, teachers and staff to provide supportive, proactive supervision and to foster a calm, respectful learning atmosphere.

The role requires enthusiasm, flexibility and the ability to respond to the needs of the school while building strong professional relationships

Job description

Due to the expansion of our professional support staff team, we are recruiting a number of professional support staff roles.

For the role of Isolation Manager, we are seeking an applicant with experience in working with young people, who has the ability to lead by example and be a key member of the school's pastoral team. Candidates must be enthusiastic, positive and committed to building strong professional relationships with children and adults. You will need to be motivated, have a flexible and calm approach and be able to respond to the needs of the school.
