I am looking for an ISDA Negotiators / Legal Contract Negotiator to work for a World leading Financial Services and Banking organisation located in London on an initial 3-6 month contract which will then convert to permanent.

You will be an experienced Negotiator with previous skills in some of the following : ISDA, CSA / MCA / GMRA / GMSLA, Negotiation, Documentation, IM / Initial Margin Documentation, Legal Documents, Master Agreements, Contract Negotiation, Trading, Legal, Credit Risk, Derivatives, Treasury and / or Operations with previous Legal / Law firm or Paralegal / Attorney exposure

We are looking for both Junior and experienced Negotiators and this role will be an Associate level hire.

Responsibilities :

Draft, review and negotiate the following documents :

• ISDA / CSA / MCA / GMRA / GMSLA / IM and Derivative Master Agreements and related ancillary documents.
• Review legal opinions on netting and collateral enforceability including liaising with external counsel.
