Job summary

G4S is seeking a Security Assistant Project Manager to provide dedicated project management, governance, and assurance support to Sizewell C Projects and Assurance Manager across the complete security portfolio.

The postholder will play a pivotal role in issue tracking, stakeholder coordination, document control, and compliance reporting across the Main Development Site (MDS) and associated off-site facilities.

Qualifications

• A good standard of education in Maths, English and IT.
• PRINCE2 Foundation / Practitioner or APM PMQ / PFQ held or working towards.
• Experience in PSO/APM roles and governance artifacts.
• Experience in nuclear/critical infrastructure environments is preferable.
• Evidence-based audits, compliance assurance, and document control experience.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of project plans, schedules and milestones.
• Monitor progress and produce status reports, dashboards and KPIs.
• Maintain RAID logs and governance documentation with timely updates.
• Coordinate activities across multi-disciplinary teams and client representatives.
• Ensure document control aligns with site governance and ISO standards.
• Support assurance reviews, audits and evidence gathering.
• Produce management information for senior leadership.
• Provide day-to-day project administration and coordination as directed.
• Champion HSE standards across security operations and safety culture.
