Pan Macmillan is recruiting a Regional Key Account Manager, Ireland, to own the sales budget and drive growth across major accounts, independent bookshops, wholesalers and non-traditional retailers. You will develop tailored presentations, support local author events and manage strategic account relationships.

You will work with the Group Sales team to deliver frontlist and backlist growth, coordinating with publicity, trade marketing and distribution to optimise Irish editions and market

Qualificações

• Proven sales experience within publishing or book-related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the Irish sales territory and bookselling landscape.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver the overall sales budget for Ireland through targeted account strategy and campaigns.
• Maintain relationships with direct, wholesale and non-traditional accounts and manage spend.
• Set priorities for the Irish market and report on local trends and competitor activity.
• Coordinate publicity, events and local trade support with internal teams.
• Oversee pricing, format and metadata for Irish editions and work with distribution for logistics.
• Collaborate on newsletters, sell-in sheets, social media and industry trade shows.
