Job summary

Pan Macmillan is seeking a Sales Manager, Online to drive print sales across UK and EU online accounts. You will manage key commercial relationships, shape sales strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring incredible titles to readers worldwide.

Based in our London offices (Farringdon) with some home-working each week, you will oversee online account operations, forecast title sales, and support the Sales Directors on author strategies and market initiatives across the lists.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within the publishing industry.
• Proven budget-management skills and strong negotiation abilities.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive print sales across UK and EU online accounts.
• Manage online retailer terms and commercial execution.
