Job summary

haart Estate Agents in Ipswich is seeking an experienced Lettings Branch Manager to lead our flagship office and drive growth in a vibrant rental market. You will build a high-performing team, win new business and shape the future of the branch with your energy and leadership.

You’ll receive on-target earnings of £60,000, a £22,000–£32,000 basic salary, a £2,500 onboarding bonus for the first three months, a company car or car allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package including generous

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher.
• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
• Knowledge of current Residential Lettings legislation.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team and drive KPI achievement.
• Willingness to pursue industry training and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team
• Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
• Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
• Encourage your teams development and progression
• Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
