You will coach the team, manage performance, and build strong relationships with venders and buyers to grow the branch and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Minimum 2 years’ estate agency experience at Senior Negotiator or higher.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver KPI targets.
• Strong communication with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ability to create and execute business plans for the branch.
• Understanding of current estate agency regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team meetings and drive performance.
• Coach staff to achieve KPIs and improve pipeline.
• Develop team progression and mentorship.
• Generate new and repeat business.
• Build relationships with vendors and buyers and coordinate viewings.
• Negotiate offers and sales while ensuring regulatory compliance.
