Job summary

Shaw Trust in the West Midlands is seeking an IPS Team Leader to guide a team of IPS Employment Specialists who support clients seeking work and employers needing their talents.

You will supervise, mentor and train staff to meet fidelity standards and targets, lead fidelity audits, and collaborate with health partners and local stakeholders to embed IPS within clinical services and strengthen partnerships across the community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams delivering IPS services.
• Knowledge of IPS fidelity standards and contractual targets.
• Ability to supervise, mentor and train staff.
• Experience working with health partners and local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of IPS Employment Specialists to support individuals seeking work and the employers who need their talents.
• Provide supervision, mentoring and training to ensure your team consistently meets IPS fidelity standards and contractual targets.
• Lead your team through Fidelity audits both internal and external.
• Collaborate with health partners and local stakeholders to embed IPS within clinical services and strengthen community partnerships.
