Change Grow Live is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to support service users in Hertfordshire, helping them find paid work within structured treatment services. You will manage a caseload, engage with employers, and deliver IPS training, all within a supportive, open and empowering team environment.

Competenze

• Experience or understanding of working with individuals needing substance use support.
• Training in the IPS approach.
• Excellent motivational, communication, and attentive listening skills.
• Ability to travel across Hertfordshire for the role.

Mansioni

• Manage up to 25 clients undergoing structured substance use treatment and motivate work goals.
• Implement IPS methodology and provide necessary training.
• Engage with clients to identify skills, goals and develop tailored job search plans.
• Assist with job search, CVs, applications, interviews and career development.
• Create In-Work Support Plans addressing benefits and health advice for employment sustainability.
• Participate in weekly clinical meetings and foster referrals to the IPS service.
• Curate job opportunities via employer liaison for advertised and hidden roles.
• Provide ongoing support and post-employment guidance to ensure sustainability.
